Food Products
Made-to-Order Dispatch Times
Because our products are made to order, the following dispatch times apply:

Seasoning blends, afternoon tea hampers, and Cakes & More bakes: Orders placed Monday to Friday are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Infused oils: Orders placed Monday to Friday are dispatched within 2–3 business days.
If you request the removal of any ingredients from your infused oil, please allow additional time, as each batch must be tested to ensure full flavour without the omitted ingredients. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
We deliver across UK Mainland, and we always strive to use couriers that offer value, reliability, and efficiency.
Note: Orders placed on Fridays will be dispatched on Monday.
Shipping Methods
Food Products Shipping Policy
Most food product orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48, with 2nd Class used only occasionally.

2nd Class: Delivery may take 2–3 business days
Please note that while these delivery aims are typical, they are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to factors such as destination, seasonal demand, weather, or operational delays.
A tracking number will be provided, allowing you to follow your parcel in real time. Delivery notifications will be sent via email or SMS. If delivery cannot be completed, parcels may be held at a local depot or returned to us if the address provided is incorrect.
We also use DPD as an alternative courier when necessary.
📦 Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery is available on all UK mainland orders over £50.

Custom-Designed Printed Products
All items are designed by us and printed by our trusted print partners. Each product is made to order, so please allow 2 business days for processing before shipping.
Shipping Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the print provider used and the destination. Orders may arrive earlier than expected, but in some cases, please allow up to 13 business days for delivery.
🛑 Note: Shipping times may be longer during holiday periods or due to customs delays. Additionally, personalized or custom-made items may require extra production time before dispatch. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
The following shipping address requirements are applicable to all destinations:
- The shipping address must be exclusively in Latin characters.
- The limit for Address Line 1 is 35 characters, and for Address Line 2, it is 30 characters.
- Printify does not provide address validation services. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.
International delivery
- A recipient’s phone number is required to ensure smooth delivery.
Shipping costs vary based on the selected shipping method, product type, print provider, and delivery destination. Please note that shipping fees are not included in the product price and will be calculated at checkout.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to Northern Ireland.
