Return and Refund Policy

 

Returns – Food Items

Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on food items.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. A clear photo of the issue is required so we can assess the claim and arrange a refund where appropriate.

Claims submitted after 14 days cannot be accepted.

 

Refunds – Food Items

Where a refund is approved due to damage or fault, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of approval.


 

 


Returns and Refund - Custom-designed printed products
As our products are made to order, each item is uniquely produced once an order is placed. For this reason, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or if the customer simply changes their mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing issue, we’re happy to offer a free replacement or full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo showing the problem. There’s no need to return the damaged item.

Please note:

  • We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for errors related to size or color selection.

  • For unsuccessful deliveries (e.g. incorrect address), we can offer a reprint at an additional charge or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
